Travel within 30 minutes of Strongsville, Ohio is included. Properties located farther away may incur a travel fee of $0.75 per mile based on the additional round-trip distance.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as no-shows, may be subject to a cancellation fee. The client is responsible for ensuring the property is clean, staged, and fully photo-ready at the time of the scheduled session. Delays caused by unprepared conditions may reduce the number of images captured or require rescheduling at the photographer’s discretion. If severe weather or unsafe conditions impact exterior photography, the session may be rescheduled at no additional charge. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the appointment. Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, or approved digital payment platforms. The client confirms they have full authority and permission to grant access to the property and authorize photography. The photographer is not responsible for verifying ownership, tenant permissions, or third-party approvals. The photographer is not liable for any pre-existing property conditions or issues that are visible during the session, including but not limited to cleanliness, maintenance, staging choices, or temporary items present on site. All edited images will be delivered digitally within the agreed turnaround time. Turnaround times may vary based on workload, editing complexity, or volume of images. The photographer retains the right to use select images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes unless the client requests in writing prior to the session that images remain private. By booking a session, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and assumes responsibility for preparing the property and securing all necessary permissions prior to the appointment.
